Atilla Engin was a Turkish Jazz drummer. He moved to Denmark around middle of the 1970's and recorded many traditional Jazz albums there. This album was his last recording in Denmark but unreleased, until now.

Live-optagelser fra 1984, hvor mange af numrene er fra LP'en "Jorden Under Mig". Albummet indeholder direkte beskidte udgaver fra lydprøver, øverum og livesæt, og giver et perfekt billede af gruppen, som den lød live. Der er ikke pyntet på noget, så der er en ret rå lyd på numrene, som blev indspillet til reference brug på cassettebånd.

Atilla Engin was a Turkish Jazz drummer. He was active in Turkey in 1970's and then moved to Denmark, continued to making music and recorded great Folk/Jazz albums there. Some hard-hitting rhythm section blending into a prime example of the swingin' sound of the cool influences of Jazz, Funk and Folk music, with a Turkish flavor.
